The 2011 Buick Enclave CXL-2 AWD is a seven-passenger luxury crossover SUV featuring three rows of seating, including second-row captain's chairs and a folding third-row bench. The Enclave incorporates Buick's QuietTuning sound-reduction technology, including acoustic insulation and laminated windshield glass, to help maintain a quiet passenger cabin. Power is supplied by a 3.6-liter DOHC 24-valve V6 engine producing 288 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and an automatic all-wheel-drive system. The V6 incorporates direct fuel injection and variable valve timing, while the all-wheel-drive system automatically distributes torque between the front and rear axles as traction conditions require. The chassis features independent MacPherson strut front suspension, an independent multilink rear suspension, variable-effort power-assisted steering, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, StabiliTrak electronic stability control, and traction control.

As the upscale CXL-2 trim, this example is extensively equipped with leather upholstery, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, a factory GPS navigation system, a rear DVD entertainment system, and a premium ten-speaker Bose audio system.
