The 2019 Hyundai Kona is a subcompact crossover SUV known for its distinctive styling, maneuverability, and practical five-passenger interior. Introduced to the United States for the 2018 model year, the Kona combines the elevated seating position and versatility of an SUV with the compact dimensions and driving characteristics of a smaller passenger car, making it particularly well suited for commuting and everyday transportation.

Power is delivered by a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine producing 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels. The front-wheel-drive configuration features MacPherson strut front suspension and a coupled torsion-beam rear suspension, providing predictable handling and efficient packaging. The Kona SE FWD also delivers an EPA-estimated 27 MPG city and 33 MPG highway.

The SE trim includes a range of modern safety and convenience features, including forward collision-avoidance assist, lane keeping assist, a rearview camera, and automatic headlights. Inside, a touchscreen infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity, and auxiliary and USB audio inputs. This example has had just two owners, has been registered in Texas since new, and features a matching set of Yokohama YK-GTX all-season tires.
