The 2010 Hyundai Veracruz is a seven-passenger, mid-size crossover SUV designed to offer an upscale, quiet, and comfortable family ride, aimed at competing with mainstream three-row crossovers like the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander, while drawing design and refinement inspiration from luxury models like the Lexus RX.

The Veracruz features three rows of seating accommodating up to seven passengers, and utilizes extensive sound deadening, acoustic door laminates, and electronically controlled engine mounts to keep the cabin exceptionally quiet.

As the flagship trim level above the base GLS, the Limited version added premium amenities, upgraded audio, and enhanced convenience features to the standard Veracruz platform, including a 605-watt Infinity audio system with 8 speakers and a 6-disc CD changer, plus auxiliary and USB connectivity, leather seating, heated front seats, power front seats w/ driver memory, a power tilt-and-telescoping steering column, power liftgate, 18-inch alloy wheels, a power moonroof/sunroof, automatic headlights, fog lights, and auto-dimming rearview and side mirrors.
